Delete some of my data

If you only want to delete part of your data (for example, a specific child, the points history or the rewards catalog) without closing your account, you can do it here.

Before emailing us: many things you can delete yourself from the app

These options are immediate and need no contact:

  • Delete a child

    Parent dashboard → Children → tap the child → Delete. Removes their profile, completed chores and history.

  • Delete chores or rewards

    Parent dashboard → Chores (or Rewards) → tap an item → Delete.

  • Delete a penalty

    Parent dashboard → Penalties → Delete.

  • Sign out on a device

    Your profile → Sign out. This does not delete data, only the local session.

Response time: 30 days at most (GDPR art. 12). Usually under 72 hours.
