Delete my account and my data

This page lets you request full deletion of your FamiPoints account and all data associated with your family. It is free and you can do it at any time.

What gets deleted?

  • Your adult FamiPoints account (linked to your FamiID account).
  • Your children's profiles created in the app (alias, birth year, avatar, PIN).
  • All chores, rewards, penalties, points history and family settings.
  • Any encrypted backup within 30 days at most.

How it works

  1. Fill in the form with the email of your FamiID account (the one you used to sign in to FamiPoints).
  2. We will send you a confirmation email to verify it is really you (this prevents anyone deleting your account without consent).
  3. Once confirmed, we will delete your account and your data within 30 calendar days at most, and email you when it is done.

Request form

Pressing the button will open your email client with the message ready to send to info@famipoints.com. If you do not have an email client, copy the message and send it manually.

You can also email us directly at info@famipoints.com with the subject "Delete my account".

Response time: 30 days at most (GDPR art. 12). In most cases it is done in less than 72 hours.
